The Great Egg Post

In honor of my chickens deciding to end their vacation and head back to work laying eggs, I’ve compiled The Great Egg Post.  I called upon my friends at Nourished Living Network, asking them to send me their best egg recipes and oh boy, did they ever answer the call!

I love eggs!  Not only for their taste but for their nutritional content and cheap price.  Free range eggs in my area cost between $3.50-$5 a dozen.  Look for eggs from chickens who are allowed to roam somewhat freely to eat all the bugs their little hearts desire.  Eggs from healthy happy chickens will be more nutrient dense having more vitamins like vitamin D and choline, they’ll have darker eggs yolks and are just plain taste better.
