What an awesome time this last year has been!  I met my goal of posting a ferment recipe every week for my first year of blogging (started in October and ended in October).  That’s a lot of ferments!

Don’t worry, I do still plan on posting ferment recipes, it just might be monthly instead of weekly.  This year I’m hoping to expand my knowledge of ferments and branch out into other preservation methods like meat curing, vinegar making and natto. Wish me luck!
